SVGForge ("we", "us") provides an icon search, collection, and export toolkit at the SVGForge website and related services. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, hashed password, plan status.
• Usage data: collections, custom SVG uploads, API tokens, export tasks, audit events.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider (Paddle); we store subscription and order references.
• Technical data: IP address, cookies required for authentication and CSRF protection.

3. How we use data

• Provide and secure the service (authentication, rate limiting, abuse prevention).
• Deliver Pro features, exports, and transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts).
• Improve reliability and support (logs and audit trails).

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors only as needed to run the product (hosting, email, payment). Icon metadata from Iconify collections remains subject to each set's own license.

5. Retention & your rights

You may request access or deletion of your account data. After account deletion we remove or anonymize personal records except where retention is required for legal, security, or accounting purposes. Contact [email protected].

Essential cookies store session and CSRF tokens. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the MVP.
